Our full service 15,000 square foot shop is available for 24 hour emergency service if needed, and is configured to efficiently handle even the largest part balancing needs. Our certified balancers, vibration analysts and welders can handle the highest precision jobs.
We offer services for single piece balancing to production balancing on parts ranging from 5 grams to over 17,500 pounds. Parts can be handled up to 35 feet long and 96" in diameter.
RES performs tool holder balancing for increased machining accuracy and surface finish quality. We achieve balance tolerances as low as I.S.O. G1.0, and each tool holder's balance is certified. Tooling change over programs are available.
